In reply to makit. Hi Makit, sorry to hear that they didn't have vegan options any more. It would be good to write to them and say! I'm surprised that they removed the vegetable hotplate from their menu.

I went to the Pizza Golden Pear yesterday and they no longer have a vegetable hotplate and all the meals weren’t vegan on the menu. I asked for a risotto without butter and it came with cheese on. Eventually when I got a risotto it wasn’t very nice.

Animals are used in fermentation Process. Check out http://www.barnivore.com for list of vegan wines.

Thanks for all your research. I know it’s tough work to sample all that vegan food. I’m heading to Plovdiv tomorrow and glad to find that there will be something for me to eat! Looks like BioFresh is permanently closed now :(

Because of the preservatives used ,same as beer,but there are plenty that are vegan

Not sure if wine (even Bio Bulgarian wine is vegan :((
