My favorite sports bra is by a small brand called handful (adjustable bra). I have a DD chest so I need decent support, and it’s so simple and comfy. I like it more than my Lululemon Tata Tamer and even though it seems like it would be less supportive, it is pretty much perfect without flattening everything down too much.

In reply to Katie Featherstone. The strap snapped? Oh my! Well I went without for about 3 months but actually I also found it got too uncomfortable when it was really humid or when I did any kind of (even soft) exercise. Agreed!

I only had one in South America when the strap snapped. That’s not an ideal situation. I’ve met plenty of people that go without them, but I just feel like I can’t move properly without hurting myself. Comfy sports bra is often the way to go!

I laughed out loud at this post. What a creative slant to finding the perfect sports bra. Living in the tropics, I have a hard time wearing a bra of any kind. My first Christmas in the tropics, the only gift I received was from my neighbor and it was a bra! I think she got tired of seeing me flopping around without a bra. lol Unfortunately, it didn’t fit. I’m going to explore Freya Active right now!
