But you sold the place to me with all the cheese (I love burek!) and the pic of the bazaar looks pretty decent!

I had no idea that you guys went to Bitola! I imagine it was really beautiful in the snow. And yeah, they cover it with tarpaulin with rocks around the edge in the winter.

We were only there 2 nights but enjoyed our full day in the middle. Wish we’d stuck around to check out the nearby hiking routes in retrospect!

It was covered in snow and quite beautiful. Although, I assume when you say covered over, you mean by tarpaulin or something?

I’m glad you gave Bitola a second chance though. We were only there for one night though. How long were you two there for?
