Hi Julie – the discount code will only work on Airbnb if you newly create an account when you click the link. If you already created an account and didn’t get a discount and haven’t used it, I’d suggest deleting your account and starting from scratch after clicking the link. Hope that helps!

Hi Casey – the coupon code will be applied directly to your Airbnb account. When you go to checkout for an Experience or Stay of a certain value, the discount code will be applied automatically. There’s no email notification for the coupon, it’s just automatically added to your Airbnb account when you create it. Hope that helps and let me know any issues! :)
